Materials Data Cleansing
Material Master data is poorly defined in most companies. It’s usually defined by your engineering or maintenance organization, and may not follow standards for data quality. Records for suppliers or manufacturers may not be available. You’re left with incomplete data that requires institutional knowledge for interpretation.
Typically when companies begin cleansing their material master, they hand it off to an offshore company that charges you by the number of records and the completeness of the record. This could take months and a number of iterations to complete.
We designed a better way
One that takes all the effort out of cleansing and maintaining quality master data.
“Master Data cleansing is dead. The publication of ISO 8000-115 is the final nail in the coffin”
